Saarah is a Registered Psychotherapist & Registered Social Service Worker who has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. She values helping clients discover their inner strengths, and she has been described as non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative. She incorporates modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based Resilience (SBR), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy into her work.

About Saarah

After pursuing a degree in social work, Saarah gained invaluable experience at The Canadian Red Cross, where she had the opportunity to work on the front lines providing services to families, high-risk youth, the homeless, refugee/newcomer clients dealing with substance abuse, and individuals with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.


Using a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive framework, Saarah also has experience helping individuals and families navigate issues related to addictions. In addition to using a strengths-based, collaborative approach, she values teaching practical skills and tools to help clients reach their personal goals.


Saarah has completed a number of trainings related to anti-racism and cultural sensitivity, particularly when it comes to Indigenous, immigrant, and refugee populations.
