Coconut Raspberry overnight Oats
Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries

Instructions
​
1. In the evening, mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Place in mason jar and close lid tightly.
2. In the morning, stir together again and top with toppings of your preference like raw nuts and seeds, extra fruit, and/or coconut flakes.
