Clinical Supervision

Online meeting

Supervision provides a safe space for psychotherapists to build their confidence, refine their skills, and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Whether you're a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working towards independent practice or a seasoned therapist, supervision is an invaluable part of professional growth and self-care.

Personalized aproach

One-on-one supervision allows your supervisor, Kristina Virro, to get to know your goals, strengths, and evolving needs. Kristina's approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, striking a balance between validating strengths and thoughtfully challenging areas for growth.

supportive space

Supervision offers more than just case consultation—it's a space to slow down, reflect on your experiences, and tend to your own wellbeing as a therapist. Through thoughtful dialogue and support, you'll deepen your self-awareness, reduce risks of burnout, and stay connected to your passion for your work.

enhanced confidence

Supervision helps you build trust in your clinical judgment, navigate challenges with greater ease, and develop a stronger sense of competence. With personalized support and guidance, you'll feel more assured in your professional skills and experience a greater sense of mastery over your work.
