Diapers, crying, confusion—oh my!

Although many of us hear about how rewarding parenting can be, there isn't always space to talk about some challenges.

This course is designed for mothers of children aged 3 or younger and is led by Registered Psychotherapist & mom Tammy Scanlan. Tammy looks forward to helping participants learn strategies to develop healthy coping skills and access a powerful sense of community as they navigate this new stage of life.
