Support Group for New Moms

Diapers, crying, confusion—oh my!

Although many of us hear about how rewarding parenting can be, there isn't always space to talk about some of the challenges. The exhaustion. The overstimulation. The guilt.

This group creates space for the full picture.

Led by Registered Psychotherapist and mom, Tammy Scanlan, this support group is designed for mothers of children ages six and under who are seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to feel understood, supported, and less alone in this season of parenting.

This group is for you if...

✔ You love your child deeply and sometimes feel overwhelmed

✔ You feel touched out, overstimulated, or depleted by the end of the day

✔ You miss parts of who you were before becoming a mom

✔ You compare yourself to other moms

✔ You want practical coping tools—not just reassurance

✔ You simply want a space where you don't have to pretend you're fine all the time
