Ingredients (Makes 2)

2 wraps made with 100% whole grains

1 avocado, mashed with a fork
-
1 - 2 carrots, peeled and grated
-
1/2 cucumber, grated
-
Sea salt and pepper
-
Freshly-squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
​
1. Mash avocado in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper.
2. Spread avocado across wrap. Add vegetables and roll up.
​
Feel free to add sprouts, beans, and/or any other raw or roasted veggies of your choice!
