Stephanie is a Registered Psychotherapist who brings 10 years of experience to the Fresh Insight team. She specializes in working with children, youth, and families and takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.

About Stephanie

Stephanie prides herself on her ability to think outside the box and bring a creative spirit into each session. She values being an advocate for individuals and families in her community and is passionate about helping people connect with their inner resilience and strengths. 


Stephanie enjoys looking at the ways in which the mind and body intersect and incorporates Western and Eastern approaches into her therapeutic work. She has experience working with presenting concerns like anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviours, and family conflict and concerns. She has worked with people of diverse social backgrounds and ages. 


Stephanie's modalities of treatment include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), somatic practices, mindfulness, play-based activities, attachment theory, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Emotion Focused Skills Therapy (EFST).
