Anujah is a Registered Psychotherapist who has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She has worked across cultures and ages in hospital and community settings and specializes in couples therapy, addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. 

About Anujah

Anujah has worked closely with individuals, couples, and families struggling with addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), chronic stress, anger management, parental guidance, and childhood trauma. While her work is anchored in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), she also incorporates elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and attachment-based theories into her work.

Anujah's passion for learning and growing as a clinician are reflected in the many trainings she has done, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders with Oxford University and Combatting Anti-Black Racism at York University.

Those who have worked with Anujah would describe her as being approachable yet to-the-point, with a commitment to pushing them just outside of their comfort zones so as to facilitate growth and learning.
