I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working across cultures and ages in hospital and community settings and specializes in couples therapy, addictions, eating disorders, and trauma.
About Me
I have extensive experience working closely with individuals, couples, and families struggling with addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, chronic stress, anger management, parental guidance, and childhood trauma. I have provided therapy at in-patient rehabilitation clinics for addictions and presently work part-time at an in-patient facility for eating disorder recovery.
While my work is anchored in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and attachment-based theories into my work.

My passion for learning and growing as a clinician are reflected in the many trainings I've completed, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders with Oxford University and Combatting Anti-Black Racism at York University.

Those who have worked with me would describe me as being approachable yet to-the-point, with a commitment to pushing them just outside of their comfort zones so as to facilitate growth and learning.
