About Me
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a background in Health Sciences and Psychology from Western University. More than my credentials, I truly care about creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy is person-centred, collaborative, and non-prescriptive. I value creating a space where you can show up as you are without fear of judgment. Together, we'll navigate life’s ups and downs, set meaningful goals, and uncover your inner strengths.

With experience supporting individuals 13 years of age and older, I help clients struggling with anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, relationship and family challenges, and self-esteem. I know that every person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor my approach to fit each client’s needs—drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I enjoy research and my work has been published in multiple academic journals. My research focus has been on the impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of families navigating ADHD and interventions for parents of children and adolescents with chronic medical conditions.
