  • Hummus and raw vegetables slices

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • Crackers (I like "Mary's Gone Crackers!")

  • Peanut butter, celery sticks, and raisins (ants on a log!)

  • Dates, prunes, dried figs

  • Roasted chickpeas (bought or homemade)

  • Kale chips 

  • Energy balls (recipe)

  • Edamame

  • Turkey jerky 

  • Healthy protein bars (I like these for their minimal ingredient list!)

  • Homemade granola (recipe)
